We all had such a nice day today. Peter got to go to work with his daddy! Most of the time Andy's working at places where this wouldn't work, but today he was putting metal on the side of a shed, and it was the perfect place for Peter to play - lots of open corn fields and pavement for him to ride his bike on.
At noon Breanna and I joined the guys for a picnic lunch. What a gorgeous day! It was a bit windy, but the temperature must have been in the 60's. Peter and Breanna had so much fun riding their bikes and exploring the corn fields. Our house doesn't have much pavement around, so their bike-riding excursions are minimal.
Andy had one funny incident with Peter this morning. He heard a muffled "Daddy", and turned around to see Peter's legs sticking out of this empty tube. How in the world he could fit in there I couldn't guess!
And, of course, I had a wonderful time watching my babies playing while I sat in the warm sunshine and knitted. (Ignore the bad hair - as I said, it was windy).
I was a little sad that this is the last time Peter will be able to work with his Daddy. He enjoys it so much, but Andy's not allowed to bring Peter to work anymore. Oh well, at least this last time was so memorable!

Yeah, I am first this time...Don't you LOVE being first in line! :) Ha. Anyway, it was funny that Peter got stuck in that pipe, but I can see why a construction site is not place for a curious, young boy (and I'm not talking about ANDY. Ha!) I am glad the sun is shining and the snow appears to have melted away.....Spring has sprung. Yes, it appears that you are a knitaholic. Well, it must run in the family...I am an "aholic" of a GREAT many things. Have fun...enjoy that sunshine! It's beautiful down here, too. In fact, if it's pretty tomorrow...I might just snap a few shots. Mike will LOVE that. Ha. Love you, Angie
