Tuesday Tip

Up here in the Frigid North, there are a lot of beautiful plants that must be wintered indoors for their own emotional safety. However, it's nice to put them outside when the weather finally thaws. Here's a quick tip for instant garden success: Just dig a deep hole in the ground where you'd like the plant to be, and put the entire pot in the ground. Then, in the fall, you just have to pull up the pot, dust it off a bit, and bring it in the house!

(This works especially well for bulbs that can't weather the winter climes).
