Baby Stuff

 This seems to be the year of baby gifts.  I'm surrounded by pregnant people or people who might soon be pregnant or people who want to get pregnant, all of which adds up to lots of knitting for wee little tykes.

I made another little bunny for my cousin's new baby, along with a baby blanket to match.  I like backing the fleece with a slick washable satin, because it's been my experience that babies love the feel of something slick.  (My Mum's theory is that it feels like the inside of the womb.  Rather grotesque, but perhaps true.)

This time I remembered to add a tail to the bunny.  She seems to like showing it off, the outrageous hussy.
