Miss Boo's Pullover

This pullover I designed for Miss Boo, using the calculations in Ann Budd's book, "Knitter's Handy Book of Patterns" and fair isle charts compiled from Vogue's Stitchionary.

(Best. Book. Investments. Ever.)

Amazingly enough, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how the color scheme came out!  My last pullover I designed for Boo was okay, but sort of meh to me.

The yarn is "I Love this Yarn", and it is aptly named.  I'm switching my alliances from Caron Simply Soft to Hobby Lobby's "I Love This Yarn".  It's wonderfully soft, and doesn't pill all that much (much less than the last sweater I knit out of Simply Soft.)

It's a wee bit big on her, but that's because I'm hoping to get more than one season's use of out it.

Hooray hooray, something I knit that I really actually truly like!!!!

Oh I love that and also the little princess inside the sweater.

This sweater is simply -- BREATHTAKING. I love, LOVE the colors, the pattern. You always amaze me with how talented you are with yarn and knitting needles. I know no one else as talented as you are. You're awesome... just sayin'. ;) Miss you, btw, ... I don't know why, but the other day I was being all sentimental about "older times"... and part of that was fondly thinking about good times with you and Andy in SC. ;) Would love to see you again. Lord willing, someday...
