One Down . . . .

Special thanks to Mom for being such an encouragement to me this past week. Breaking old habits is very difficult, but having someone cheering you on can make a huge difference. (Okay, losing one pound can't really constitute "huge", but at least it's a step in the right direction!)

It is so hard to break old habits, especially food related ones! Congrats on your weight loss! I'm so glad to here Andy is doing better! What a nice post, Seinfeld just cracks me up too! Sounds like he's got the right attitude about the whole situation! God bless!

The way I look at it is that it is better to lose 1 pound than it is to gain 1 pound...also, for "inspiration", take a block of butter or margerine and hold that up. Generally those are 1 lb blocks, and that is what you lost.
