I was just reading my email, and I got this one from my sister about the kids' spring pictures; "Why don't you love these beautiful pictures?! I just read where you weren't happy with them, but these are absolutely FABULOUS and cute. I love the ones of Banna skipping barefoot! SSSoooo cute. :) Even the one of you with the kids. Love it."
I was very surprised by her comment, and thought to myself, "What does she mean? I love those pictures! I think they're really good!". So then, curious, I re-read my last post. Oops. It does sound rather negative, doesn't it?
So, to set the record straight, let me give a glowing review of Kerissa's picture-taking abilities. She's VERY good with the kids (Peter adores playing with her), and she takes a ton of photos, so I have a lot to chose from. (Perhaps that's my dilemma - I'm very bad at making choices!) Also, she's a whiz at touching up photos, too. She even found some amazing way to lighten Peter's face - just the face! Wow! Her camera is a good one, too, so I can make 8x10's of the photos without them looking grainy.
Fantastic job, Kerissa, and thank you, Mahalo, Gracias, Danke, etc.!(Oh, I think she's going to start hiring out her services to other people, so if you're interested in having her take pictures of your family, just drop me a comment and I'll pass it on!)

Pls fly her down here. I can't seem to get a good picture of me...Not sure if the camera or the fact that I am going to be...gulp, 38, this year! Man, we are all getting old...aren't we. Mike's bday is next week. "Geezerman" is turning 45. LOL. Anyway, if Kerissa ever makes her way down here, I'd love to get her to take pictures. Next time I come up...let's do some glamour shots! :)
