Walking

Walking is said to make one feel empowered, strong, and athletic. Its benefits even include clearing the mind and increasing lung capacity.
I feel tired.

Worn out.

My feet hurt.

My back hurts.

I have blisters.

I'm going to go knit.

I feel your pain! That is exactly how I felt when I first purchased my treadmill and got my mp3 player; however, it does get better. Just be careful with the blisters. You might want to try the blister bandaids from the Band-aid brand. They help a lot.
