We've had an unusual amount of rain recently, and there's been lots of flooding in surrounding areas. Thankfully, where I live I'm higher up, so other than the run-off that inevitably accumulates in the basement, we're "high and dry". The other night, another thunderstorm was getting ready to roll through, and I snapped a photo of the amazing cloud formations. Aren't they something?
