Around this time of year, I find that I'm very thankful for all the hard work I put in the previous Fall. Being able to enjoy affordable organic fruit and vegetables is definitely a blessing.
See this? A definite blessing. It's called "Liquid Blessing", otherwise known as Apple Wine.
This is the second time I've tried to make Apple Wine. The first time, Peter took the cork off the primary fermenter a week before it was done, and instead of Apple Wine, I had Apple Vinegar. Not appealing.
This stuff? Very appealing.

For some reason when I think of you brewing or making wine, it reminds me of moonshine. :) LOL...I have a wino for a sis. Watch out that Deputy Barney Fife doesn't lock you up with Otis in Mayberry.
