Sideways Scarf

I have lots of leftover bits of yarn in my stash (as well as lots of yarn, yes, I know), and I decided to knit up a sideways scarf using three different skeins.
I think I cast on about 150 stitches on size 10 1/2 needles and worked several rows of garter stitch, switching yarns whenever I felt like it.
I don't think it would be long enough for my tastes, but I'm thinking about gifting it to one of my nieces as a Christmas present. (Lynn, do you think they'd like it? Who would like it better, J or B?)

I'm not usually much of a tassle gal, but this scarf seemed to need a bit of something on the ends, so I tied a bit of extra yarn onto the edges with a crochet hook.

Another Christmas present done and ready for wrapping!
