The weather today is absolutely gorgeous. It's sunny, a nice mild temperature, and a zephyr breeze is traipsing about messing with the butterflies, who have suddenly appeared from who knows where. (Hopefully Rhapsody, my Worthless Cat, will leave them alone.)
I've gotten quite a bit of slogging done on Handyman's Sleeveless Hoodie from The Knitting Man(ual) by Kristen Spurklund. Knitting for my man is much like creating a tent for the Russian Circus. My man is big, and tall, and thankfully good looking. Otherwise I wouldn't knit for him.
Just joking, just joking!
I know it doesn't look like much right now. Hopefully it will improve once I've finished the armhole ribbing and knitted the hood. I've already sewn the front and back together, as well as the shoulders, which has done wonders for my enthusiasm for this project. Almost done with another Christmas present!
(So don't tell him! Sssshhhhh!)

My boys would love to run around in a beautiful green field like that! Is that nearby your house? That is your kids in the pic, right, not just some random pic? LOL I love the hoodie...its coming along nicely. I am always amazed at your handiwork!
Hey Rach,
Glad to see you have cleaned off all the mud and recovered from the camping (at least I hope so) and canning....now knitting! :)
I love the new template. It's very "Rach" and goes well with the soothing music. I need to find a new blogger template. I'm just kinda dumb when it comes to html and blogging.
The sweater looks great so far...I can't believe you have Christmas presents in the works. I've barely even though if what I'm making this year....need more time :)
