A Taste of the Orient

We had another gals night out a few weeks ago, and this time we decided to really hit the town! Instead of just meeting at our usual hole-in-the-wall mom and pop restaurant, this time we snazzied up and ate at a Japanese Tepanyaki grill. It was so much fun! The food was great, and the drinks were even better, hee hee!

We thought it was hilarious that All-Natural Mama and I each wore the same top! Can you tell that our little hick town only has one decent place to shop? Can you tell that we all take Esther's fashion advice very seriously?!
Here's the rest of the characters from our snazzified group:

After dinner we headed over to the movie theater to watch the movie "The Time Travler's Wife", which was slit-your-wrists depressing. It's a good thing we were able to mentally fortify ourselves afterwards with ice cream and pretzels!
Sigh, it's so great being able to get out and go crazy for a little bit! (Hence the song that I chose to accompany this post).

I knew that movie would be depressing. It's such a bummer, because that Eric Bana is so nice on the eyes! :)
