My Monkey Man

Gabe just loves monkeys.

LOVES them.  I think he finds them kindred spirits.

 (Gabe at 2 years old in the backyard apple tree).

So, when I saw this adorable monkey hat pattern, I knew I had to make one for my little Monkey Man.

 

I was able to use some yarn from my stash, and the finished hat fits perfectly.  It ties under the chin and covers the ears, which is very important when it's cold outside.
